Lovable Launches Vibe-Coding App on iOS and Android, Complying Where Rivals Were Blocked

2026-05-01 13:10

Vibe-coding platform Lovable launched its iOS and Android app on April 27–28, letting users queue natural-language build prompts by voice or text and receive push notifications when a web app is ready to preview, syncing across devices. Unlike Replit and Vibecode — whose updates Apple blocked for downloading or executing new code inside the app — Lovable complied with App Store guidelines by routing all generated-app previews to an external web browser rather than running code within the application itself. The app is free to download; paid plans run $9.99–$79.99/month. Sources: Lovable blog, TechCrunch.
