Resolve AI, an AI platform for operating software in production, announced a $40 million Series A extension led by DST Global and Salesforce Ventures, bringing total funding above $190 million at a $1.5 billion valuation. The company, founded by former Splunk executives Spiros Xanthos and Mayank Agarwal, serves enterprise customers including Coinbase, DoorDash, MSCI, and Zscaler. Alongside the round, Resolve launched Resolve AI Labs, a research division focused on domain-specific models and agentic systems for production environments, hiring Dhruv Mahajan—previously on Meta's Llama post-training team—as Chief AI Scientist.
